What buyers say (Amazon's AI-generated “Customers say” summary; the +/− lines above are excerpts from it): Customers find the vacuum cleaner performs well, effectively cleaning carpets and picking up pet hair, with incredible suction power. The vacuum is heavy to push and lift, and while some say it maneuvers easily, others find it hard to move around. The durability receives mixed feedback, with some praising its sturdiness while others report it breaking after 1.5 years of use. The value for money and hose length also get mixed reviews, with some considering it well worth the money while others say it's not worth the price, and while some appreciate the long cord, others find the hose too short.
