What buyers say (Amazon's AI-generated “Customers say” summary; the +/− lines above are excerpts from it): Customers find the dehumidifier performs well, operating quietly and effectively removing moisture from the air, keeping basements dry, and being economical to run. They appreciate its ease of setup, particularly the simple installation of the drain tube, and consider it well worth the money. However, durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting the unit stopped working after 10 months. The water removal capability receives mixed feedback, with some customers reporting it pulls a ton of water while others say it's not collecting any. Source
