What buyers say (Amazon's AI-generated “Customers say” summary; the +/− lines above are excerpts from it): Customers find the dehumidifier performs well, operating quietly and effectively removing moisture from the air, keeping basements dry, and being economical to run. They appreciate its ease of setup, particularly the simple installation of the drain tube, and consider it worth the money. However, reliability is a concern as multiple units stopped working after 5 months of use. The water removal capability receives mixed feedback - while some report it pulls a ton of water out of the air, others mention it stops collecting water. Source
